CybHER
CybHER is a regional programme funded by the UK Government and implemented by the British Council to support greater participation and advancement of women and girls in cybersecurity across the Western Balkans.
Propulsion supported implementation across all six Western Balkan markets through company outreach, the cybersecurity internship programme, gender-sensitive HR training, tailored technical support and final programme events.
We delivered six two-day HR trainings for 73 participants and supported 22 companies and organisations in developing 22 gender-sensitive HR procedures covering recruitment, career advancement, workplace culture and employee safety. Propulsion also developed the Gender-Sensitive HR Toolkit for Cybersecurity Organisations, turning programme learning into practical guidance, templates and tools for employers.
